Based on the selected excitation mode, TEST MASTER-PRO can perform metal analysis with precision comparable to laboratory spectrometers, as well as fast material sorting with analysis time of only a few seconds. 2、 The TEST MASTER PRO adopts fully digital excitation light source technology, with an excitation frequency of up to 500Hz and an excitation voltage of up to 500 volts in spark mode, and a DC current of up to 11 amperes in arc mode. The alternating placement of CCD detectors ensures that all spectral lines within the analysis band are received without any omission, enabling simultaneous measurement of multiple spectral lines of the same element and automatic selection of output.
The UV spectroscopic system adopts a CCD detector with a special UV coating, combined with a 3600g/mm grating, covering a wavelength range of 170-200nm, which can accurately measure UV elements such as C, P, S, B, Sn, etc.

4、 Each CCD detector in the TEST MASTER PRO adopts synchronous real-time digital readout technology (DSP). Compared with traditional sequential readout technology, the analysis time and data stability are greatly improved. Ordinary spark probes have high requirements for sample preparation and long analysis time, mainly used for precise composition analysis of metal materials. At the same time, users can also analyze the carbon (C) content in black metals in spark mode, with a detection limit of 100ppm.
If users' daily applications require precise analysis of ultraviolet spectral elements such as carbon (C), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), boron (B), tin (Sn), etc. in black metals, they can choose UVPRO probes. The UVPRO probe is equipped with an argon flushing chamber based on the original probe technology, specifically designed for the analysis of ultraviolet elements, with a detection limit of 50ppm for carbon (C), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S).
For customers with automation requirements, the detection speed, detection effect, and stability in complex working environments are very important.
